Lexmark introducing their optimised 9-series of large-format device
The new IoT-enabled 9-series from Lexmark is a versatile line of large-format printers and multifunction products (MFPs), offering models that round out your customers’ printer fleets with a variety of features to meet their large media printing and scanning needs.
Enhanced productivity from new and improved features*
Your customers will be able to keep business moving at maximum productivity with workflow solutions like Scan Centre for simple document routing, and single-pass two-sided scanning with ultrasonic multi feed detection for fast and reliable scanning. All MFP models come with features such as Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and the Intelligent Storage Drive (ISD) for solid state storage with activation-ready preloaded add-on solutions. Most models offer standard analogue faxing. Plus, the large, button-free touchscreen helps users intuitively complete every task, from the basic to the complex.
Flexible input and output for expanded printing needs*
These large-format models support paper sizes slightly larger than SRA3+ (up to 12.9 x 19.02 inches, 329 x 483 mm) and standard input capacity of up to 3,140 pages. Optional trays expand the paper input capacity up to 5,140 pages on some models. All models support a staple finisher or a staple hole punch finisher while some models also include a booklet finisher and Lexmark’s first trifold/Z-fold finisher.
Professional colour for large-format printing**
Your customers will enjoy vibrant colour with standard advanced features like PANTONE® calibration and Lexmark Named Colour Replacement for consistent branding and professional appearance.
Secure by design.
Lexmark security features help keep information safe—in the document, on the device, over the network and at all points in between. Always improving security, we now include a standard Trusted Platform Module (Not available in all countries) , which delivers authentication, system integrity checks, and cryptographic capabilities to create a unique digital system fingerprint. Some models also include a proximity sensor that wakes up the device when someone is nearby and automatically logs off when no one is nearby.
Take advantage of the Internet of Things (IoT)
Our sophisticated, IoT-enabled printers are loaded with sensors that continuously monitor hundreds of data points that provide added benefits, like predictive service and automatic supplies replenishment, when they are connected to Lexmark Cloud Services.
